As for feedback, I think you do a good enough job as it is. It’s just interesting reading how you dealt with the problems that all new community developers face.

I’ve not much time these days for the net (new girlfriend.. doesn’t exactly like me staying in chatting on the computer all night ignoring her !!) so when I do get on I spend it at my site with the few loyal regulars.

It’s really hard getting a new community off the ground. I never realized just how hard until I tried for myself.

The one thing I’m looking for right now is… how to get found without resorting to spamming (and without having to spend hundreds of £s a week on Google Adwords).

I feel bad for the regulars, they have to be as patient as I do when it comes to just sticking it out until we’re found on search engines.
