Thanks for the ‘heads-up’ on these 2 blogs. I’ve not read Tyler’s before and I immediately got a feel for what the guy is like and what makes him tick – just like a blog should be. John Chow’s has got some good information…if you navigate around all the adverts and promotion.

I noticed the lack of ads on here. I’ve been reading so many of your posts over the last few days I wanted to thank you with some clicks but there’s none to click on! Unusual these days to find a site with no ads. I succumbed to the temptation not long ago on one of my sites that I never planned to monetize. Haven’t made very much, yet, but it’s still a bit of a rush seeing those pennies add up.

Studium – Tyler does publish a lot of paid reviews, hence his good overall monthly income. He also tends to mix in the revenue from PublisherSpot, too.

Either way, he makes more from his blog than I do!
